Need Help with Your Nutrition?
Let me explain something, today the fitness and health industries play into our weaknesses every single day. They tell us we should eat “clean”, what the hell? Dirty foods aren’t those that have been in the bin you know, they are commonly all the foods that generally cause us to put weight on such as chocolate, cakes, crisps, fast food to name just a few. The “dirty” foods are those too we create cravings for and binge eat.
Eating is a simple part of living. Food is neither Clean nor Dirty (It shouldn’t be labelled so either), they should be termed as nutritionally dense or not so. The foods that are nutritionally dense are those that create meals from scratch those that leave us feeling full for longer periods of time this is known as “Satiety”, hence they can promote less snacking and in turn weight loss.
I believe strongly for each individual a diet should be sustainable and enjoyable. The food we eat should make us feel amazing, if it does not then we have our first issue.
I educate each of my clients teaching you on the best way to eat particular foods and at what time. You will also understand the calories we eat day to day so that you can live your life to the fullest and not worry about ruining your diet.
There is no perfect diet for an individual but the one that works for you is the one you can stick to and feel Healthy and Happy with.
Diet is a lifestyle, not a fix. It alongside training is a journey not a destination.
